Why do I have to register?

You must register online to be able to make a purchase. This not only makes the checkout process more secure but it also allows you to store your information for easy ordering in the future, track your orders and update your communication preferences.

Please be aware this new website was launched on 10th September 2008. If you registered with Past Times previous to this date you will need to register again.

I have forgotten my password to access My Account. How do I request a new password?

To request a new password, click on 'Log in/Register' and click the link 'Forgotten your password'. Enter your email address in the box provided and an email will be sent with your new password. Once you have logged on with your new password you can of course change it to something more memorable.

How do I change password to access My Account?

To change your password, click on 'Log in/Register', enter your current email address and password, click on Edit Email Address/Password, fill in the boxes and click 'Update'.

I have tried to log in to my account, but I get an error message saying 'Workflow Error'. What does this mean?

Workflow error means that you have entered your password incorrectly three times and that your account is now locked. To unlock your account please contact Web Customer Services and confirm your email address, full name and postal code. They will unlock your account and send you a password reminder. Please remember that passwords are case sensitive.

How can I change my email address?

To change your password, click on 'Log in/Register', enter your current email address and password to log in, click on Edit Email Address/Password, fill in the boxes and click 'Continue'.

How do I change my communication preferences or remove my details from your mailing list?

To change or update your communication preferences, click on `Log in/Register`, enter your email address and password to log in, click on 'Edit Communication Options' complete the relevant information and click continue. If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletters please make sure you untick 'By Email'.

What do you do with my personal details?

Information provided by you will be used to provide you with the details of your order, for billing purposes and to keep records of transactions. If you click on the relevant box when registering we will allow carefully selected companies, whose products we believe may be of interest to you, to send you information about their products.
