Ordering on the website

How do I order on the website?

Select a category from the top navigation menu and then a sub-category from the left hand menu
Click on a product you would like to view in greater detail
Choose the quantity and click 'Add to Basket'. A red line of text will appear at the top of the page to tell you that it has been added.
Repeat for other products you would like to add to your basket
When you have finished adding to your basket, click on 'Your Basket' at the top right of the page
Login or register and proceed to the checkout

Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment, and you will automatically receive an order confirmation email which will state your unique order number.

My order is a gift for someone. Will they see how much I paid for it?

Our dispatch notes do not display the price paid, therefore if you are ordering a gift, they will not see how much you paid for it. A confirmation email which the payments details will be sent to your account email address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed via email it is not currently possible for you to change or cancel it prior to despatch. You have up to 28 days to return your item for a full refund. Please visit the Returning A Product section for more information.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order online via your account details. This page displays your order history as well as the status of any open orders.

Status details:

On Hold - Your details are being checked by our security systems and once this is completed you will either be contacted by Web Customer Services or the order will be released
Released for Despatch - Your order is being picked and packed by our despatch team
Despatched - Your order has been despatched from our warehouse and will be with the delivery courier
