How do I use a promotion code?

Add products to your basket in the usual manner then go to your basket and click on checkout. On the order summary screen, please click on the blue button link saying 'Redeem a Promotion Code', enter your code in the 'promotion code' box and click continue. The relevant amount will automatically be deducted from your total.

I have an error that says 'There was a promotion clash'. What does this mean?

There is currently more than one promotion running and each one cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. It will state underneath what discount each promotion gives you and you are able to choose the best one for your order. Once you have made your choice, click on the 'Continue' button.

I have entered a promotion code, but it says that the code is invalid, why is this?

The code you have entered may be for a promotion that has expired, or the start of the promotion may not have started. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the offer for more details.

Can I use more than one promotion code?

In most cases you can not use more than one promotion code during the same transaction. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the offer for more details.

Can I use a promotion code after I have ordered?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order if a promotion code was not originally applied at checkout.
