OTHER DELIVERY QUESTIONS

How will my order be delivered?

We generally use Royal Mail and Fedex for deliveries. This means some items in your order may arrive at different times as you may receive items from your order via a different carrier/courier.

All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday - 7am to 6pm. Occasionally very small items on standard delivery that are despatched with Royal Mail may be delivered on a Saturday via your local post office. Please note there is no option to specify weekend delivery generally.

Each delivery will require a signature. If there is no-one available to sign for your delivery they will return the parcel to the delivery depot. They will leave you a card confirming that they have tried to deliver your parcel. This card will explain where the parcel is and what to do next.

Can you deliver to an address different to my home?

Yes, as long as there is someone at the address to sign for the delivery. In your shopping basket you can choose the address to which the order will be delivered.

We strongly recommend using an alternative address if you are not at home Monday - Friday 7am to 6pm.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Only someone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place or with a neighbour?

Unfortunately due to insurance reasons we are unable to leave your order without receiving a signature from someone at the specified delivery address.

Can I order from pasttimes.com and collect from a store?

Currently it is not possible for you to order from the website and pick up from your nearest store. However, please visit our Store Locator if you would prefer to buy in one of our many stores.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

First of all, please view your order online by logging into Your Account.

If your order has been despatched and has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact Web Customer Services straight away and they will be able to investigate the status of the delivery.
