Drawing particularly on the design movements of the past 150 years, our beautiful collection of vintage and retro homeware compliments both the traditional and contemporary interior. Victorian décor celebrates excessive ornamentation with everything decorated in naturalistic motifs, jewels and enamelling. Nature’s influence continued into the beginning of the 20th Century, with Art Nouveau designers drawing on free-flowing forms as inspiration for their homeware accessories. In stark contrast, the Art Deco era saw the arrival of more geometric motifs, contrasting colours and the influence of the industrial age.
