Q I purchased the Slimline Triple Pen Gift Set last week from the Gunwharf Quays Portsmouth store. I was disappointed to find no ink supplies with the fountain pen especially as I have been unable to identify the right size cartridge refills.
Would you please advise the type and size of ink cartridge for the fountain pen.

The ink cartridges are readily available in any good stationery store like WH Smith.  We recommend you take the cartridge in with you so they can match it correctly.


Q Could you please tell me what type of cartridge to use in the fountain pen. I've been unable to find ones to fit this slimline pen since I received it at Christmas. Many thanks.
