russian doll

Bought this for my granddaughter and the size and finishing were excellent. Has a varnish covering the paintwork, so unlikely to loose its colour in the sun. Was expecting the product to be a lot smaller as similar versions are. But it is just like in when I was a child, same size.

Very good value for money. Beautiful example of nesting dolls, lovely detailing. Robust enough for children to explore.

Not great

Orderd one set and the joining of the last doll was very stiff, could hardly open it as this was present for a young girl then this was a problem, when I did open it there were faces missing off two of the smallest dolls. Got in touch with Past Times and no problem instantly despatched another and also got the warehouse to check them before despatch. Even though the cut of the largest doll wasnt great, edges very rough and still very stiff to open so just run a candle round the edge. Felt they were very poor quality for the price.
