OTHER DELIVERY QUESTIONS

How will my order be delivered?

We generally use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for deliveries. This means some items in your order may arrive at different times as you may receive items from your order via a different carrier/courier.

All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Each delivery will require a signature. If there is no-one available to sign for your delivery they will return the parcel to the delivery depot. They will leave you a card confirming that they have tried to deliver your parcel. This card will explain where the parcel is and what to do next.

Alternatively, click here go to the Parcelforce website where you can either arrange to collect your order or have it redelivered.

Can you deliver to an address different to my home?

Yes, as long as there is someone at the address to sign for the delivery. In your shopping basket you can choose the address to which the order will be delivered.

We strongly recommend using an alternative address if you are not at home Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Only someone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place or with a neighbour?

Unfortunately due to insurance reasons we are unable to leave your order without receiving a signature from someone at the specified delivery address.

Can I order from pasttimes.com and collect from a store?

Currently it is not possible for you to order from the website and pick up from your nearest store. However, please visit our Store Locator if you would prefer to buy in one of our many stores.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

First of all, please view your order online by logging into Your Account.

If your order has been despatched and has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact Web Customer Services straight away and they will be able to investigate the status of the delivery.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

Your order may be divided into separate parcels which may be delivered at different times. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be contacted by someone from our Web Team.

However, if all of your items did not arrive within our stated lead times, please email our Web Customer Services who will be happy to help you.

Please note lead times are only an approximation, as we are unable to guarantee a delivery time at the point of order.
