We generally use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for deliveries. This means some items in your order may arrive at different times as you may receive items from your order via a different carrier/courier.
All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Each delivery will require a signature. If there is no-one available to sign for your delivery they will return the parcel to the delivery depot. They will leave you a card confirming that they have tried to deliver your parcel. This card will explain where the parcel is and what to do next.

Back to top of pageYes, as long as there is someone at the address to sign for the delivery. In your shopping basket you can choose the address to which the order will be delivered.
We strongly recommend using an alternative address if you are not at home Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

However, if all of your items did not arrive within our stated lead times, please email our Web Customer Services who will be happy to help you.
Please note lead times are only an approximation, as we are unable to guarantee a delivery time at the point of order.
