Buying from Past Times online is quick, easy, convenient and safe.

We have developed this policy because we want you to feel confident about the privacy and security of your personal information. Past Times is registered under the data protection laws in the United Kingdom and takes all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal information

We are serious about guarding the security of your personal information and the details of any transactions made. We take appropriate organisational and technical security measures to protect your data against unauthorised disclosure or processing. We use a secure server to store the information you give us when you register or make an order (including your credit card details and your password). Any personal data you send us on-line is securely encrypted.

As with any standard email, emails containing your personal data sent to or from Past Times will travel in a non-encrypted format.

You may be aware of recent media reports that have a highlighted a practice called "Phishing". This is the illegal gathering of personal information by deception. The unsolicited emails are sent to customers from lists illegally gathered by a third party, and ask them to enter or reconfirm bank or password details into a 'cloned' or illegal copy web site.

For your protection please be aware of the following facts:-

Past Times will never ask you to enter personal bank account or credit card details into an email or through a link sent via an email.

Past Times complies fully with all aspects of the Data Protection Act and, as such, takes all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised and unlawful processing of personal data.
